Grenadiers
The Arena FPS with no guns, only grenades
Grenadiers is an arena combat FPS using a variety of unique grenades in place of other, more traditional FPS weapons. 2-4 players compete in small to mid-sized maps in free-for-all first person combat. Equipped with Damage, Special, and Mobility based grenades, players will have to use timing and strategy to eliminate their adversaries.
The Grenades
There are six unique grenades in Grenadiers. Three damaging grenades (Axe, Frag, and Cluster), two special (Flashbang and Shockwave), and one mobility grenade (Blink) that acts like a teleport.
Loadout Customization
Before starting a round, players must choose four grenades they want to bring into battle. These come in three categories: Damage, Special, and Mobility. With six grenades in total, players will have to play multiple rounds to get a feel for what play style best suits them.
Varied Arenas
There are two different maps in Grenadiers, one of which is the Octagon (left), and the other is the Arena (pictured above). While the Arena is built around open areas with lots of cover and room for movement, Octagon is designed for close quarters combat with lots of peeking around corners and rushing to health packs.
